The Bird consists of two wooden sides made of solid-colored MDF and a powder-coated steel frame. Easy to assemble. It stands firmly and leans, so no screws are needed. What makes De Bird special is that the clothing now becomes part of the bird. You consciously style the bird with the coat that looks best on it. And all the coats together turn it into a colorful woodpecker.
Another nice detail is the bottom. It is rounded, which makes the design light-footed and creates a beautiful shadow effect on the floor. Small-scale and sustainably produced at Studio Jeroen Wand in Eindhoven.
